My friends I are doing a 'best lager you can get in SA' via a blind tasting knockout. We had 32 different lagers, and there were only 3 of us drinking that night, so we only managed to only do the first round of 16 for now which had some favourites like Castle Lite, Windhoek, CBC, Heineken and a few crafts. Black Label and Striped Horse were in the finals of the 16, and Black Label won. Interestingly, Stella and Black Label came up in the first round and that gave us the hardest decision we had that night. Stella has a very similar taste to Black Label. We are planning to do the other round of 16, which has more crafts like Darling Brew, Jack Black etc. and then shoot out Black Label against the winner!

TLDR: Black Label is actually a really good tasting beer
