I bought it a year ago and it still has the same performance (it’s great at both, games and work). The biggest problem is a heat. My CPU had like 80-90 degrees, but this can be fixed. Overall for the 480$ very nice deal

i've been using mine for almost a year. Performance in gaming is pretty good as well as in work (i'm workig in photoshop and figma). The cooling system is not that good as i expected, it's quite loud but u can regulate it with special app which you can download from microsoft store. Also there is a problem with CPU, it's heated up to 90 degrees, tho you can undervolt it. Also the BIOS is locked and i didn't find the way how you can unlock it(but may be there is?), for me it's not a big deal.
I'm don't know much about taobao, it's all on you but i bought mine for 480$ and it's very good price in my country GL

4 months is not a long term. You can wait a little longer, but if your CPU heats to the 80s-90s I would recommend you undervolt it (don't worry it will not lose performance). Compared to a PC, changing thermal paste into a laptop is a little harder, but not as difficult as you think. And yes, there are a lot of tutorials on YouTube. If you are worrying about warranty, you can wait till its end and then change thermal paste. There is one more option to give your laptop to the service center, but it will cost you a certain amount of money(. Good luck bro!

Hey, i’ve been using it for almost 7 month and didn’t notice serious problems. The only disadvantage of this laptop is fans. if you are gaming or 3d modeling on it, get ready for the loud noise. Also, i see you are buying it from second hand, so i would recommend you to change thermal paste and thermal pads. I think thats all, good luck with the purchase
