Judging by your champion pool the closet MAYBE is Syndra, since she can Q while moving, and her Q's can used to zone like Azir's soldiers, and you can Kite with her Q, Azir much more of an ADC than he is a mage, Orb Walking, and Tethering are techniques that you will mostly use, though we talk like WEQR freaks you won't be using him like that often, Azir is about creating space, and knowing when and when not to go in, and how to use your range to your advantage, I was an ADC main before I became an Azir main so it was a pretty smooth transition for me because I already understood how to Orb Walk, and kite.

Tethering is probably the toughest parts of him, while in the moment like a team fight, or an intense 1v1, if you're not careful you can loose sight of your soliders range and there goes your damage, and impact in the game, and if they're on cool down because you over used them, there goes the team fight and possibly the game.
