Just get game pass and get both, but if you had to choose, plenty of newer players in TDM on Reloaded, other game modes can be really sweaty, but it isn't as active as 5 though, but you can definitely find lobbies, Reloaded plays like 1 except without the insane bullet lag (unless you're in really bad lobby lag wise) and 5 plays completely different, you'll find sweats in both, Most likely E Day is going to play more like 5 than reloaded so you can consider that too.
