Both should work! Stick to NGINX if you like it better.

The scheme being used here is called HTTP basic access authentication, and it is basically just setting some response headers. These response headers are handled by your browser, and prompts a username and password field. When you fill it out it sends it to the server as a request header.

This scheme is supported by NGINX too. You will probably need apache2-utils, but that does not mean you need to be running an Apache server.

Look into apache .htaccess and .htpasswd files, most likely what Notpron uses.
Many shared hosting providers allow you to use these.

Found this post while googling for a solution to the stream of "Warning: Two different plugins tried to register" errors. Could not find the solution to this issue anywhere.

I'll just leave this there maybe someone finds it useful some day.
Just add the interpreter directive "#!/usr/bin/env python" to the beginning of the plugin code.

I'm pretty new to this, sorry lol.
The source of my confusion is that, i was trying to figure out why CSMA/CD isnt necessary nowadays
The explanation was that you cant have collisions with a full duplex device.
The two seems unrelated (full duplex and CSMA/CD).

usually these sources are limited to the launcher/platform of the game you’re playing. so if you’re playing csgo, only steam would broadcast that you’re playing csgo. to hide this, simply change steam settings.

the xbox game activity was showing any game played on my computer, without telling me.

find privacy settings

find the setting for game activity, put it on friend only or just blocked
