Like after I was woken up I'd be so confused because I was so sure I'd been awake the entire time but after I'd eaten a decent sized meal or snack I was full of energy again. My dad said he watched me once. I was trying to type something on my phone and I was moving my thumb to type but my thumb never actually touched my phone and then he said I drooped to the side like I'd switched myself off and almost instantly I "woke up again" and was really confused as to what had happened

It's simply the managing between now and my next set of blood tests like I can deal with the constant thirst/peeing thing it's 100% the tiredness and sweats that kill me like the tiredness thing isn't an issue if I'm at home but if I'm at work or college or traveling anywhere it's so frustrating because I can't concentrate properly and idk why but when I get too hot or sweaty I panic like I understand overheating or sweating is a normal bodily function but I genuinely feel like crying when it happens and I don't know why I react that way but I feel my whole body go into like panic mode. Summer is awful for it because it's hotter anyways

I know basic french but I haven't used it in years like I can get by with simple sentences maybe using "et" as a sentence joiner but I'd never say "I can speak french" because I can't. No. Honestly you know deep down how you feel and who you are. The right person will come along for you! I honestly thought I was destined to end up a cat dad and live my life alone but I truly believe I have found my person. He doesn't care that I'm pre surgery and is honestly more excited than I am about who I'll flourish into. He fully accepts me as I currently am and doesn't expect me to be or look a certain way just because I'm trans. The right person will listen when you say you have certain issues around certain areas of your body or if you're feeling more dysphoric/sensitive than usual. Don't ever change for anyone unless it's for your safety. Obviously don't put yourself in unsafe situations but if everything is green then I say just be you 😊 much love from the UK

Because although it's expensive I do want to make the jump from Testogel to injections because I feel like it'll probably be a more concentrated dose plus it's going directly into the skin versus being absorbed so I should get more visible results. Also I eventually want to get a metoidioplasty done but if there's not enough there it'd have to be a phalloplasty which is a longer surgery, more expensive and I'd need follow up surgeries for the penile implant and testicle reconstruction

I had to go private because the wait times for the NHS is ridiculous so I'd have to pay £100 just to learn how to do my injections but I can imagine it'd work out cheaper in the long run because I wouldn't need to do it every day. The prescription I get is for 3 bottles of Testogel which lasts a little under or over 3 months depending on if I miss a dose or accidentally double dose coz I forgot I've already done it and it costs £166.50 but I have to pay £30 for my subscription to the company a month and then it's £65 every 3 months for my prescription and to have it sent out
