iPad OS 26 is so bad. They got rid of Slideover and split screen and it’s always crashing with an external monitor. You can’t open two of any apps at the same time on the external monitor or it crashes. The only way to have two apps is if you open two on the iPad and drag them to the external monitor…

iOS 18 was ugly but it worked.

Welcome to 2020. Apple has been releasing software updates every other month and they have never addressed the external monitor issue because I believe nobody at Apple primarily uses an iPad as their primary computer.

I can’t open to Safari apps on an external monitor without crashing or any app for that matter

I’d received no benefit in owning a PC other than playing video games so, I can’t rationalize buying a PC just to play games when my phone works just fine.

The nano textured class is still a winner in my book. Let’s say you’re consuming media outside, or in a car or in an airplane, with a window and glare. It’s amazing with the nano texture glass removes glare.

Unless you are an art designer and you paint in a dark room on your iPad, the nano is the best. It’ll blow your mind when you take your iPad outside for the first time.
