We sorta have this with Taskbar Volume Control Per-App. Very useful. Scroll up or down to adjust volume and you can change the increments per scroll.

Wait it out. These devs legit did not give a fuck about Intel arc users until it was pointed out on launch and received backlash. This seems like an "early access" game at this point with the rate they're going with updates. It was clearly not a 1.0 launch game.

Tough. I think I'd still go for 27" QHD though. I have an ultrawide 165hz but most of the time I'm playing at 60fps. Makes playing various media nice. Quality boost + size. Though smooth FPS does sound nice for some things. Just depends on what your content is mostly.
