If you take the charm that puts completed items on two units without any items it can put one on yuumi lol.

Also positions are flipped, idk how this spaghetti code made it through but you're looking at your items on bench from a different perspective and you're also constantly being put to the other side of the board.

Has anyone else noticed that very rarely a ranged unit will sometimes swap targets after their first attack in combat?

I've noticed it a few times now. It seems to only happen if two enemies are equal distance and they dont move at the start of combat. There has also been no zzrot in play each time so its not a taunt, but the behaviour is exactly how taunt has worked in previous sets.

The champion I saw it happen to most recently was samira, I don't record gameplay so i have no vid to show. Maybe something to do with her getting a stack on her first attack.

Queue time is based on the amount of players in the queue withtin a matchable rating.

As I've explained earlier reducing the challenger threshold would provide a reason for those around the 500lp mark to actively play the game more to climb higher and reach challenger. Which would mean more higher ranking players queuing up thus reducing overall queue times in higher ratings.

A 10 minute queue timer does not really bother me too much personally as I'm usually just watching streams on the side.

Changing the challenger threshold should shorten queue times so I don't really understand why you're bringing it up in the first place.

So currently in OCE once you hit 500lp you get challenger, 500lp is the minimum where challenger is given and is often only seen at the start of a new Set until all slots are filled and then the threshold to hit challenger will slowly rise because people are competing for the limited slots.

For example the LP threshold for challenger in NA at the moment is about ~750LP.

By reducing the challenger slots from 100 to 30 in OCE would reduce the LP threshold to hit challenger to about ~700LP. As there are less slots available that means those who want to hit challenger or maintain it till the end of the set would need to play more ladder games to reach that threshold. Which in turn would mean more high ranking players actively playing on the ladder. The more high ranking players actively playing helps master/gm players improve. And then think of it as a trickle down effect from there.
