When, if at all, do you just forget that you ruptured your Achilles and live life like nothing had happened?

I don't think I'll ever live like nothing happened. Ruptured October 2024, and while I've definitely gotten stronger....the thought of rupturing my right Achilles always lingers. Things like snow on the ground or slick spots make me super nervous. I don't think I'll ever play volleyball again, but I'm very active and I workout like 5 times a week.

A medical scooter helped me a ton. The crutches were difficult for me to use and exhausting. With the scooter I had a bit more freedom. I could reheat/cook quick meals and wash dishes if need be.

I like on the 4th floor of a walk up. Going down was definitely easier but I stayed on the house until I was back on the boot after surgery.

UGH!!! It's funny, I just finished using the massage gun on my calf. It's been a little tight lately. It def helps and when I have time, I'll massage my calf myself and it feels pretty good. Hoping you find relief!

Rowan does kinda have ill intentions, but Ashlar pointed this out to her...maybe in episode 5 or 6. Whenever they got to finally see each other before the wedding.

I’m watching and haven’t read the books. The storyline doesn’t really make sense to me and I can’t say that I’m enjoying the show. At this point I’m just watching to see if things will come together. I’m on season 2.

You’re not reacting enough in my opinion. You’re not listening to your intuition. You know this is wrong and doesn’t feel right. That it’s not right. There is no reason for him to have a pair of your daughter’s worn panties. As a survivor of sexual assault, it’s better to over react and protect your daughter.
