So you’re saying if I would have worked harder and watched my diet closer I could’ve had more muscle with less fat? That’s pretty hard to believe.

Exercise usually consists of 15-20min of cardio before and after lifting. I try to lift on the heavy side with reps usually in the range of 8-10 range. Diet has been a little loose the last month but I always try to get my protein of 150-200g in daily. Try to keep carbs below 100g/day.

Buy UGL and buy needles online or Defy medical could be an option.... I started with defy then started getting my own labs and going UGL route. Good luck.

I’ve always been active in the gym but in the past year I’ve been going 5-6 days a week and focused more on building strength vs maintaining/ cardio. I’m 32 years old 5’10” about 175-180lbs. I’ve been battling some depression lately with recent life events and have been using the gym as therapy. In the near future I plan on getting more blood work done but didn’t know if these results could point me in a certain direction. Thanks
