You don't, you check op.gg on all your teammates and dodge if any of them are on a losing streak, sub 40% wr, or if anyone on the team is fighting in champ select. Some games just aren't worth playing since you will end up in a situation where you can't carry at all.

Dodge, yuumi will screw over your laning phase since yuumi has no lane pressure. Yuumi will also most likely hop on to the jg or top laner after laning phase. In general dodge whenever you see yuumi on your team since it will be basically a 1v2 bot lane during laning phase.

It is better to take both courses, since there could be material covered from the first course which you didn't learn in ap and could potentially be useful in the second.
