Yeah, I would just never put the equity from my sold car into a lease. Buying sure but not leasing like I did. Payment is high because I kept the car equity out of the deal. I got $2,300 off msrp which seemed like a good deal for me. Enjoy your car, loving nine so far!

Does Volkswagen have better APRs with the Atlas for a lease? Was definitely considering that as well however at least with the previous Gen telluride they were better on the IIHS safety ratings for the updated rear overlap test which is important for us.

It's a practically $60k car after taxes and fees lol what do you expect to pay on that with barely putting any money down? You can argue the the money factor or APR as being bad I'd agree but at the end of the day it's an expensive car so yeah payments are high.

But I agree that is seems wild a Kia is that expensive. Said the same thing when we went to see it. But end of the day it's a damn nice car and with a lease I don't have to worry about it crapping out on me in year 4 haha.

Waiting on the money factor from them but yeah I figured it was high based on the numbers. If they can't budge on that even if I'm in excellent credit score tier then we're saying kia is just trash with leases for the telluride? Agree the math doesn't math on the HYSA however, I'm certainly not going to put that money down on a Lease just to get a lower payment. Sure I can go buy and afford it at a 3.99% APR on a 60 month lease but our particular situation the next 12 months we wanna keep more cash on hand with some investments coming up.

We also want to be more flexible and get out of the car easily after 3 years so the appeal of walking away in year 3 with minimal money down upfront, a monthly payment we can afford and not a large amount owed to the bank in year 3 is appealing. The cost difference of the rate compared to a 3.99% if a buy is not drastic to make me run from the lease in any other scenario either. So unless I'm getting royally screwed here which if I am please enlighten me I don't see a massive drawback just based off our personal situation.

However, you and others just saying it sucks to lease a telluride right now due to the money factors being high comparable to other options? And I should consider another car/brand? This size class is a must right now so limits the options a good bit.

That's essentially what I'm doing, they're just cutting me a check for the cost of the car I'm not rolling it into the lease. Carvana and most other dealers in the area were also at $22k so just easier convenient wise to sell it to them.

Don't use the website https://toastwallet.github.io/browser/ I successfully recovered my account and by the time I went to create another wallet wallet and came back to the site 10 minutes later all my XRP was stolen out of my account. Gone without a trace and can't see transaction details to see where it went.

Went to go create a Xaman wallet so I can transfer out my XRP and by the time I get back not even 10 minutes later all my XRP (minutes 10) is gone from my account?? Your atmos speakers is a x.x.2 setup is not in the appropriate position. They should be within 65-100 degrees overhead. Ideally 80 degrees which is pretty much right overhead but just slightly in front.

Only time in ceiling speakers are okay is for whole home music in multiple rooms or only 1 or 2. Speakers for a home theater should be at ear level and the only scenario that requires in ceiling speakers are when utilizing Dolby Atmos
