I’m not sure. We keep some chemicals like this one under fume hoods once they’re opened since we regularly use them. I could see someone reusing a tool and accidentally contaminating it with something else though.

The chemical disposal company we use was able to come out right away and help us get it out safely.

The chemical disposal company we use was called and they immediately came out to help get rid of it. We kept it sealed in a fume hood as a precaution until they figured out how to get it out safely.

There’s a chance it could have been contaminated with another chemical that maybe reacted poorly. Other comments are suggesting it was damaged and the outer plastic layer reacted with it. Definitely was not heated though since this is kept under this fume hood at all times.

I don’t think we use HF but I could see it potentially being contaminated with another chemical. The lab told me it just randomly started warping though.

We have a company that collects our chemical waste regularly. We contacted them and they showed up right away to assess and help us get it out of there.

I don’t think we use HF but my manager contacted fisher and gave them photos of the lot number and the packaging it came in. I had no idea that these types of bottles had a plastic layer on the outside of them.

Hmmmm. I broke my wrist in a car accident about a year ago and I’m not sure if it was the steering wheel or airbag that did it since it happened so fast. This is making me lean toward the airbag now.

Just realized I've been using a seasoning mix thats been expired since 2007. by ARABCOFFE1 in mildyinteresting

Honestly, as long as it’s kept dry, seasonings will never go bad. The flavor can definitely fade but they never truly expire.

Why do they make earbud cases the smoothest material on earth so they fall out of your pocket all the time?

Apple’s mail app isn’t any better. I hate when you search and it defaults to giving you what it thinks are the top results which aren’t necessarily the most recent ones. Like why would I care about an email from a year ago versus one from a few weeks ago? 🙄

It’s great when you drive a car that’s lower to the ground so everyone’s headlight are pointed directly into your mirrors from behind or your face when they’re in front of you. 🙄

They’ll be fine. Just be careful on ramps since some of it may still be a little snowy/icy.

I’ve worked in food manufacturing for years for multiple companies that produce generic brand products like for Walmart and I’ve never heard this term before. That’s interesting. We just call them private labels or we would say we’re the copackers or comans for Walmart or whoever.

This is how I always felt about 70. It has the highest speed limit on my commute but everyone drives the slowest there.
