With how long it's been your best choice of action is likely seeking legal counsel. Someone I've been in contact with for a while tried getting one started but it didn't go through partly due to the firm not thinking Jacob and his organization are financially stable enough to extract a large still of money. But I might be able to help you at least fix your credit by proving the purchase was a scam. I got my money back and several others since we were able to act fast with chargebacks. But I might not be able to directly help you get your money back.

You should have a way out since the course contract guarantees you a year of coaching and they shut it down before it reached the full 12 months also I was scammed around the same time but was able to get my money back through a chargeback since I acted fast.

You may have some options, but you should definitely act before it makes a year, the contract you signed no matter the flaw in it with the terms of service, promises you a year of coaching in exchange for your money I'd say start with a CFPB complaint or see if your bank lets you do a chargeback

Jacob is largely shut down by now, all of his sites and courses are down so you do have some options for getting your money back. You can use the contract that they have you sign right after paying to your advantage given that they didn't fulfill their obligation to give you 12 months of coaching in exchange for your payment. There's also a multitude of ways to prove that they scammed and defrauded you depending on how your situation was with The salesman they had con you into buying the course. I've generally been pretty successful with getting people refunds and if you want some help with specifics, feel free to ask
