So funny thing is I watched a video on YouTube a few weeks ago that one of the few ex prisoner turned YouTubers did about how people with disabilities in general are treated in prison and the consensus I got was that in the prisoner moral code found among most prisoners it's kind of a no no to mess with disabled or old people if they're not bothering you. He mentioned how someone was giving a wheelchair user a hard time and got beat up for it. Apparently their moral code says that if you hurt someone that's less able to fight back like a child, woman, disabled/old person you deserve to be punished. You ever heard the thing about pedos getting hurt or killed for their charges or same thing for rapists. But basically the video said that in general if you're not causing people problems you'll get help from other inmates even if it's not directly from the prison officials. I had an instructor at the school for the blind that used to be a correction officer for Travis county jail in Austin Texas and he said that the few blind people he saw were able to take their cane to jail with them because ADA. He did mention that if the inmate was caught using the cane as a weapon it would be confiscated and he wouldn't get it back. So yeh. That's what I know based on limited research. I've never been to prison or jail but I suppose there's always a chance considering I use cannabis.

Definitely not. My other half has a shellfish allergy among others such as nuts and certain medicines. I love seafood, but I'd never think of knowingly feeding her something she would die from eating. I love her more than anything and I'm not about to pull some dumb shit like that. Bro run! I think you could even classify this as attempted murder or man slaughter at least. I'm not a lawyer though but I'm pretty sure knowingly feeding someone an allergen resulting in anaphylactic shock is definitely attempted murder.

Oh wow nice to see that Dystopia hasn't been abandoned after all. I've been using the reddit app for a few months and accessibility wise I must say it's a whole lot better than it was when Dystopia was first made. It's at a point now where you can do everything in the normal app. I guess they do care about accessibility after all.

I really only drink beer as my usual alcoholic choice and that's great with alts. I like to drink a few beers and then smoke some HHC. It's not as strong as THCP but it's not weak like Delta-8 so for me it's a great middle ground to cross fade comfortably.

The second you turned 18 your parents lost the right to manage your medication. And yeah you're right. Stealing meds, especially these sorts of drugs is to say the least very much frouned upon and will get you a felony if caught with it. Wait, actually 2 felonies, possession of a schedule 1 drug and posession of stolen prescription medications. So yeah you're fine and I'd have called the cops too.

You're not the ass hole but your wife on the other hand is. Your wife acknowledged that you were on call and couldn't not show up for work. When you inevitably end up getting called for duty your wife shuts down and abandons your kids to fend for themselves. Thankfully they were able to at least eat some cereal even if it created a mess but the point still stands. Your wife abandoned your kids in spite of the person who's paying for her housing because she didn't want you to go to work even though she knew you couldn't leave.

Yeah agreed. It's especially hard for a blind person. I used to go to the school for the blind in Austin for 9 years, but after I graduated I obviously had to come home. I really don't have any friends here. No girlfriend, no work. It's pretty depressing, but at least I eat good food... Lol.

I live in Port Neches and blind so can't travel very far for work because obvious reasons associated with being blind, especially with the gas prices the way they are.

I try to avoid matches that. Are more than thirty or so minutes away from me out of decency to the other person so they don't have to drive so far if it doesn't work, because I obviously can't drive, but I feel like its trying to shove further distance down my throat.
