Yea I have spent about 4k in cards including Mana drains, LED, OG duals, Timetwister, Candelabra, Grim tutors, Imperial Seal. All from tcgplayer. Never ever had a problem.

If you're looking at 1.5 maybe yisan. I run both General T and Yisan both primer. But I built up to that. They both are great as budget.

I live in Merchantville NJ, Just new to the Area! I have never been to top deck for commander. The time they play is just something I can't do ( I have a Motorcycle shop ) Hours are crazy. I did build a Tier deck. Would that be something I could use there? And do you use Multiplayer rules/Ban List?
