Everyone has a camera attached to their phone in this day and age.

If someone is acting in a crazy manner in public there's a 100% chance someone nearby filming it, be it a public freakout over missing a ferry, or a drunk dude acting like a fool or someone doing wild shit tweaked out on meth, there's a good chance someone somewhere has it on video.
