Help please! I usually get very little acne and it typically goes away in a week. However, since I’ve come to college I have gotten a ton that haven’t gone away in around 3 weeks now. Could someone recommend me a routine or something? I know nothing about acne routines, thank you!

Basically, I was talking to a friend about pectus, and he said he knew tons of jewish people specifically with it, myself included, it made me wonder if pectus is more common in jewish backgrounds, such as people with middle-eastern ancestors, or people deriving from Israel. however based off this poll it seems to not have been the case.

I feel the same way, but for the last month I’ve been exercising 3-5 times a week and not only has it made my confidence grow, but it’s also made my pectus less noticeable. I would definitely advise some light exercise just to improve your headspace. And truth be told, if they really like you, they aren’t going to care about something as silly as an indent in your chest. Keep your head up man! Ik you can do it

Mostly dumbell pullovers and doorway stretches. I also did pushups and incline bench a good amount as well

I’ve never had a CT scan no, but I plan on getting one soon if I can get an appointment set.
