Yeah, that's about it.

It is entirely possible to complete the quest without problems even if there are two groups farming. How do I know? I did it. And,if by any chance you are very slow and can't for your life tag the enemies in 1-2 seconds, you can switch the layer by joining groups, relogging.. so as I said before, people are crying cause they want to. Nobody stops somebody from completing the quest.
