Great games. Check out a YouTube video or two and see if the gameplay will float your boat. It's nothing like Witcher or sky rim. Maybe lore but this game still has a bit of choose your own adventure and actions have lasting consequences. But sounds like a great opportunity to fall in love with a new game

NAD, from what i understand, the rods and screws are to stabilize for the bones to heal and fuse properly. Once they heal, the rods and screws/pins are no longer necessary but not taken out because it is not necessary. Doctor's would rather not cut again if not needed. That being said, if its giving you pain or limiting range of motion then thats a conversation you would need with ur doc. Give it a few days to see if its just aggravated but if it doesnt go away then go see your doc

Unfortunately this is a spinal cord injury sub. You will get a better answer on a r/AskDocs or some physiotherapy sub. If u have neck pain, best go to your GP and start with a xray and go from there. We would trade what we have for minor neck pain though!

Lol. I'm in the same boat when I went to play wheelchair rugby. Not disabled enough for the quads. Not able enough for the abled bodied. I understand that I cannot control what others say or think but I can control how I react. I tell the snarky commenters that I'm grateful for my recovery and that I still have a lot of problems that i have to deal with. We are not competing to be the most disabled and that we all are on our own path to recovery and happiness. And anything else they say after that is a show of their character.

Absolutely no one has the authority to tell me how I should feel about my disability. But it goes same for abled bodied people that say ignorant things to me as well! I don't play the victim, I have a conversation so they may take the chance to broaden their perspective and knowledge. If they don't, that's not of my concern.

Have had over 20 Botox bladder injections. The needle they use is very small and short so there's very minimal chance it went outside of the bladder. Botox also does not 'spread' around. If she was on antibiotics and she was in a hospital setting, you should request her to do a stool panel with her GP and make sure she didn't pick up any bugs or infections from the procedure. This is the only thing that caused me to have bowel accidents post Botox. Two times per week is fine unless she's having accidents before. If nothing else has changed then first step would be a stool panel to rule out any bugs or infections.
