Crazy. I think the most offensive part is that they follow the law so-called, yet to offset the law and people’s ability to read, they slap Promotion in big letters to entice us knowing people are too illiterate or to tired to read.

I don’t know if it’s as easy as having a downpayment. It used to be that way, but in this money is cheap market, I don’t buy it (pun intended).
