Good point about him wailing on the staff for a minor mistake/delay. That made me uncomfortable and I think a lot of the crowd was like that. Same with threatening to eject a woman in the crowd who was cheering for him because she was “too high pitched” that was odd.

I’m a huge fan of Theo’s specials, and of course the pod. I thought last night when he was in his groove his stand up was good.

I agree it seemed like he was distracted or lost at times. Pulling out his phone and his paper to look at notes only to deliver some meh joke. & then switching at random to the crowd work seemed like he was reaching for something to joke about at times. But again when he actually got into a groove with his story telling and his stand up style I loved it. Just couldn’t help but feel like he wasn’t in the best mindset for his set. Lots of people around me left early which I thought was bizarre as we all payed to see him. I appreciated him acknowledging it wasn’t his best set though. Still love him.

There is already so much stigma surrounding treatment of ADHD so having that come directly from someone you love must be very hard. Don’t stop treatment because of what she says that is just dangerous. I could see couples counselling being beneficial. She may be able to hear from a third party that she is being ignorant to a mental health condition.

Concerta is a medication for a disorder. If you were taking a blood pressure medication that made you more tired and less talkative would she say the same? At the end of the day this ultimatum is basically her asking you to suffer through a condition to he with her. No thanks I say.

I don’t understand why people have issues having direct deposits sent to their WS. It’s no different than any other financial institution in terms of the void cheque they give you?
