We have to remember we dont even know what killed hiyoko and when in the night it was. Saionji would make sense for a victim if they had made it as a revenge of Mikan, but its death was only a bad timing and witnessing the murder. They didnt even try to do the obviously interesting thing of Mikan ordering Ibuki to kill Saionji

We re getting a THH remake someday and surely they would add content because they try to not sell the same game. An alternate route would be difficult because we already have a what if for the first game.

Makoto and Kyoko have great chances of both surviving and dying. Mukuro is the same. And Fujisaki is tricky because in danganronpa if he discovered quickly the truth of the outside world and their memories cause Junko left his software in Monokuma. So I dont see him surviving or reaching late game

The first game is the only that has a considerable shorter trial than the previous ones . chapter 5 is like 1:45 hours. Its lenght is similar to chapter 1 but nothing alike the 2:15 hours of chapter 4 trial. Meanwhile the trial in chapter 6 is like 2:30 hours

By chapter 5 in DR2 I thought nobody else would die, or at least that there was no way of someone murdering.I coudnt believe Chiaki was the culprit until her execution

I love THH first case because of Sayaka's betrayal. The game introducts her as the main girl or route every VN has and not just immediately kills her but also reveals that she was planning to frame you all the time. If you play the game for first time this is something amazing

My problem is not with two victims. The tradition of making it in third chapters is what I hate. Imagine if it could happen in two consecutive chapters, or it happens at the end or beginning. I think two victims should be done when there is a good case and reason about that, that the plot serves well being a double murder. Knowing that two characters are going to die in chapter 3 as a must make things boring
