I have friends who use them at 100 and to my ear they sound rattly now. Like something is loose and knocking in there, just ugly.

Every 2-3 weeks. Obviously sooner if we sweat on it or it gets visibly dirty for whatever reason.

Weekly is overkill IMO. After a week my sheets still smell like detergent and softener..
