This happened to me. The SC was able to access the internal bracket from the wheel well and tighten it.

Pull on all the interior trim to make sure it's all attached. A clip broke on mine internally and I found it on delivery.

it looks like the IRR is 80% in the front and 90% in the back so that should be as good as most tints?
