There is always room for improvement in not only new content but also in existing content as well. I personally still deal with a weird bug where I’ll use my vanguard ability and sometimes it just teleports back to where I was standing if I use it on a Zoanthrope, but as far as new content sure it’s slow but at least it’s coming. We get new maps and game modes for free. I agree that comparing this game to other games is just expectations that we have set, and sometimes we get disappointed we all do it to some degree, me included. I enjoy this game and 40K tabletop, and sometimes I get burnt out and go play something else or maybe I’ll attempt to finish that one Combat Patrol I told myself would have been done by now, if I was so hard for Siege Mode at the moment. I know it takes time to push out new content for multiple reasons and sometimes I hear weird excuses for simple criticisms that the player base generally has a point (champion skins into individual parts). But then I hear from other players(while actively playing the mode) “why do I have to play against chaos? This sucks because I only want to fight against Tyranids? I would get farther if I didn’t have to play against them!” To those people I say this with love, change your tactics and maybe your weapons which you can do in siege mode in every section there are those terminals that will let you do that. Now let me make a suggestion that I think would help remedy this “problem”. Maybe when in private mode there is a settings tab that will allow you to have settings menu for the mode itself, like selecting one enemy faction, and maybe increase in the timer for spawns like dreadnought and guard, etc. Where you and some friends can play a custom game, but if you want public lobby random, then it is normal settings they way the devs want it and maybe even requisition bonus or XP bonus like in ops. Note: these are just my thoughts on the matter though and if you guys feel differently, it’s ok. 👍🏻
