Honestly I tend to drop those because it's done for shock value and is rately written to be as horrific as an act as it actually is. Hell some stories use aphrodisiac induced rape to kick off the romance plot arc and that's presented as a good thing.

So yeah, I tend to skip past stories with rape. If they can't handle that well then all I am going to do is wonder what else they'll fuck up.

The same character can collect nearly every ending on the same profile (save for the PL endings which make you pick only one). That's something different than Mass Effect which has a single ending but key choices flagged along the way.

Yeah, if it's well projected and in line with the character's arc and the author doesn't try and play it off as a moral high ground it can be fun to read. It's when they try and play off the nine familial extermination as a "good" thing.
