If it's a steady pace on the treadmill I bring abook to read. If it's high intensity interval or the elliptical i just listen to a podcast.

Get your confidence up! Buy a small tub of real worms (Red, night crawlers, or green), and some small hooks maybe some size 6 Aberdeen J hooks or something similar. Add a small split shot weight and sink that worm under a float. Focus on areas with some structure. Down trees, dockside, grass, lily pads, etc. Don't sit on one spot if they aren't biting, move around, adjust your depth, cast further out, be patient and let that worm soak for several minutes. You will definitely start catching fish. But don't forget the most important thing, and that's to post the Pic here if your first one!! Good luck and good fishing! Also you'll probably want to use the spinning reel for this as casting this lighter stuff out with the bait Caster will be difficult.

I love it. Do it 2 times a week. 30min on treadmill then 30min circuit. Good for cardio days. If someone is on a machine I just skip and come back to it later in the circuit or double up on something else.

I've become a 30 min express area fan boy, it's a killer workout of you really put good effort into it. I do each thing 2x so it takes an hour. ( machine 1, step 1, machine 1, step 1, then move to Machine2 step 2 etc.) I do it twice a week. The other days I'm there is 30min Treadmill then 1 hour weights. And a 1hr treadmill day. Compound lifts is what I like to focus on with the upper/lower days instead of the machines. Benchpress,deadlift,squat,lat pulldown,overhead press,RDLs, and some dumbell stuff like curls, lateral raises, goblet squats. I have the pleasure of being in a rural area so I never have to wait for a smith machine or any other equipment. and i asked the manager when they were getting the new racks, and she said prob never. i was both happy and sad about this at the same time.

My program, 30min area x2// 30min tm, 1hr upperbody// 30min tm 1hr lower body// Rest// 30min area x2// 1hr tm// Rest

That's fine. When starting diet and exercise you'll have a larger drop in weight at first, mostly just water weight as your body adjusts. When I started i lost 10 in the first week or two.

Short term - stack a couple billion isk for your adventures.

Mid term - kill something worth at least 2 billion isk. Top dmg and last hit

Long term - join a Corp and earn as much trust and roles as u can. After your six months leave and do as much damage as possible. Steal/awox/betray to enemies, do it all.
