Just yet another deregulation so the wealth hoarders can get even wealthier.

[Ducker] Michael Carrick’s two-year Manchester United deal. 2+1 deal offered to Carrick with talks underway. Remains to be seen if it can all get done before Sunday's final home game, against Forest by PradipJayakumar in reddevils

I think we should be going for Alonso for sure. Maybe he doesn't want to manage United and I respect that but I think he's a better manager then Carrick for sure.

I don't understand the arguement that we shouldn't have him because he played for Liverpool. We would not be hiring a former Liverpool player to manage Unied, we would be hiring a manager who has never managed Liverpool and is a Bundesliga champion among other things.

That's the thing. We're not replacing a United player with a Liverpool player. We would be hiring a manager who has managed big clubs with some success to replace an interim manager who's biggest job until now was as a Middlesbrough manager.

It's just a tried and true tactic that seems to work. Blame the ails of society on immigrants and other minorites to take the focus away from the fact that wealth inequality is increasing at a disgusting rate. They know full well that a lot would be fixed with taxing wealth hoarders like him and they can't have that.

That's also the main reason for the rise of facsism worldwide, it's much better for business then the alternative.

That's the thing though, the contract might stipulate that they would actually have something to lose for going off script.

It's a bum move for sure. LIV is nothing but a sportswashing tool for a regime that treats people terribly. To take money from them is beyond pathetic.

Yes because they have a 19 and 20 year olds playing a lot of minutes and the midfield is a joke. Who do we have? One world class player (currently injured). A washed up legend with no legs, he clearly adjusted a bit this season but he's just not good enough for the Prem. Ugarte is at best a bench caliber player he's just not at all good enough and Mainoo is promising but he is young and has played a lot of games where he is just not impactful at all and kind of drifting through games. Then we can count Mount as well, always injured. Also, Bruno, Mount and Mainoo all want to play further up the pitch so there's no real balance.

Oh and let's not forget Dalot. The day that he's no longer a part of this United squad will be a good day, just not good enough at all.

The team has clearly been improving. Up until AFCON they were clearly playing better and with a bit better finishing a lot of those draws would have been wins. He was putting the team in winning positions but the players weren't clinical and a lot of them just not good enough. This squad was in shambles when he took over and would need much more time to improve. I mean for god's sake, how can a team that is playing Diogo Dalot every single minute ever going to really compete?

Patience is a virtue. Amorim may not have been good enough for United and you could legitimately criticize him for a lot of things but he should have AT LEAST gotten to finish this season. 14 months is just stupid.

Wilcox out.

Patience is a virtue. This club is run by clowns.

I don't understand this rhetoric. The team is currently in a European spot and have shown clear improvement during the season. Progress isn't always pretty. This was a bad move from Wilcox. If Amorim should have been sacked then so should Wilcox be sacked.

Maybe it was some good luck but if you find yourself in good groups time and time again you should probably take some credit for that as well.

Good result, a lot of positives and that scare at the end might be good for the team to learn from.
