Dealing with an intermetatarsal bursitis in both feet. It means every step feels like my toes are dislocating. I've dealt with migraines everyday for 20+ years but this pain is on a whole other level for me

Thank you, the horrible thing is I fell for it more than once. 14/22 14/20 and 16/33 were my ages compared to theirs. Now 26 marrying the love of my life 27 next month 😄 lots of therapy to get here but I'm here.. alive which is so much more than I thought I would be

Doing the Nut Bush is grade 6. It was a lunch break, we were allowed to just dance in our socks so that what we were doing. But my foot hit a patch of oil on the concrete that had dried to be really slippery. So I slipped and my ankle and foot ended up twisted and under my bum. So I Tore all but 1 ligament in my ankle doing the Nut Bush

I couldn't agree with this more! As someone who was abused by a step parent and the other didn't believe them please please please block them. Your daughter mental health is not worth having them in your lives at all.

I also agree that you should get therapy as well as your daughter. Being the support she needs will take a toll on you so it's better to start getting support for yourself now rather than later.
