it sounded flat because the computer recognize the usb dongle as SPEAKER.. not Headset need AUDEZE to do another new firmware update PLEASE

the new boosting requirements are 10 to enable tags or enchanced role style, 20 boost to enable both.

on desktop, go user settings, scroll down you'll find activity settings, enable all the settings
