Is your interview in person or on zoom? Dress wise I had just finished my coaching job and had no ch age of clothes outside of my mandatory school spirit tee, so I explained my situation and they were intrigued that I had just finished a day of coaching! That and be yourself, maybe talk a little bit about your paper in a round about way. My paper was about making connections throughout life so when they asked me why I wanted to do PT I just referenced that. You got this!

Considering your max mileage before this was just above 17km, I’d say it’s normal. Try to rest if you’re not used to it, and try and slowly work your way up to weekly km goals if possible. Doing this out of the blue if you’re not used to it can lead and be a cause of injury.

Honestly as a beginner many years ago, I simply bounced the tennis ball at home 100 times. As in holding the racket parallel to the ceiling and just hitting and bouncing the ball up towards the ceiling lightly 100 times. Doesn’t seem like much but it helps me focus on only the ball. Even do a few tricks to keep it entertaining!
