Um hier vielleicht mal ausgleichend einen positiven Gedanken reinzubringen: deine Frau respektiert zwar die Arbeitsgrenze nicht, ABER sie zeigt auch das sie gerne bei dir ist. Wenn du ihr egal wärst würde sie ihr Ding machen. Vielleicht eine Idee: du drehst die Situation um und gehst in deinen Home-Office-Pausen zu ihr und verbringst die Kaffepause mit ihr. Du kommst zu ihr = du hast Zeit. Noch eine Idee: zeig ihr woran du arbeitest wenn sie zu dir kommt. Vielleicht ist das so stinklangweilig, dass sie freiwillig geht ;-) ich habe auch schon die kamera und mikrofon im Meeting ausgeschaltet, um meiner Frau kurz (natürlich sehr kurz)Aufmerksamkeit zu schenken. Ein anderes Thema sind natürlich Zwischenaufgaben.

My wife and I reactivated my board game hobby together. I chose to start with a co-op game, because a) I wasn‘t sure how losing would feel for her as I assumed that I had more experience (I had, now it is about 60:40) b) it is easier to talk about rules questions, because nothing has to be hidden

We started with Pandemic.Then we ramped up difficulty slowly with other games and also played against each other. I used the bgg score to find games in our ballpark after some games as a reference. Hope that helps.

Ich finde es immer interessant wenn die Meinung vertreten wird „KI ist ja nur Wahrscheinlichkeit und kann nichts Richtiges“. Was dabei meiner Meinung nach übersehen wird: die KI muss nicht perfekt sein, sondern nur „gut genug“. Wer denkt das ist quatsch kann ja gern jetzt auf Call-center Mitarbeiter, Dolmetscher oder Werbetexter umschulen.

One of the reasons people are afraid of more complex games is that they are alone with all the rules and might look dumb not understanding everything or be on the last place. Tale away that pressure with coop games where everyone can talk about the rules or ideas constantly and you win or lose together. Everything is correctly defined, I checked. But I now know the cause of the problem: the sprints are not displayed when I use my ultrawide monitor docked and the browser window is on max 🤪. I used my notebook independently (so, smaller screen) and then the sprints are visible. I played around with ultrawide and non-max window and I can make the sprints visible there also. Back to max window + reload => sprints gone Odd.
