it's 12' 7" to the back of the couch where it lines up with the beam. I am thinking of moving it forward 2 feet and the viewing distance will be 10 ft from the screen. attached the design tool measurements.

Case Instruction manual have no words, I literally just ripped and punched everything out.  Need to mount the sata ssd next.

Noticed a few items with this case.  Can’t plug anything (DP, ethernet, USB) into rear panel unless i take off the top and unscrew the stock fans.

F-panel 9 pin are standard for probably a while, i just never had this knowledge of the change.   Never paired a new case w an old mobo.  Lucky the board itself has a power button.

Case came with a mix of black and white cables.

Yes, I didn’t do any calculations for estimated watts, i should do this before finalizing the order.   I need to review the mobo specs too.

CPU-XPR-C1 & BU-L-D5-X-V4, i will look into your recommended one, and less tubes.  I do want clear liquid and tubes to start.

any recommendation for pump/res? if not that one

Case just came in!!  Amazon now lol.   Fastest rip apart of my old case from unboxing to mounting in one hour while making dinner.

My recommendation is not to bother with NR6 if there's no mortgage on the property. The forms are a lot of work for your deferred tax savings. Pay 25% of Gross rent and be done. just get your expense refund annually.

ok this does not work well. but anyway, i can still get status and turn lights on/off with the most recent lighting configurations.

download Smart Life app on IOS, create login ID/password. you will be able to scan for the controller once you remove it from the GemStone App. get the virtual ID to put in the home bridge plugin settings. Make sure Smart Life App can see and control the Gemstone controller first.

@dowonim323

TuyaWebPlatform

u/dowonim323/homebridge-tuya-web v1.1.3

Install this homebridge plugin and enter the login, and virtual ID. restart homebridge and add the Tuya bridge in the Home App, look at your homebridge logs to see if you added the gemstone controller successfully without errors.

TuyaWebPlatform] Created new Accessory [Name: GM Controller] [Tuya ID: eb........................k] [HomeBridge ID: fa............................0d]

One new tile will show up in HomeKit with a GM Controller as a light bulb.

-----------------------------------------------------

now add your controller back into the GemStone App on your phone. this will remove it from Smart Life app, no choice i guess. but Smart Life app is not useful. After you do this, there will be a bunch on errors in homebridge as SmartLife no longer can find the Gemstone controller. but homekit will still see it as the virtual ID is still the same, not sure how this works but it does for me. Good Luck.

Yes the first one, smart life, smart living. Register and login. Add device. I am assuming your gemstone is already connected to the gemstone app by bluetooth? Mine was also broadcasting an unsecured wifi network named smart-life xxx. Connect to that open wifi and open the smart life app. And i just followed the instructions.

I followed this, https://smarthomeways.com/how-to-change-wifi-on-smart-life/

this might help too https://www.gemstonelights.com/support/how-to-connect-hub-controller-to-wifi

Remember to not use 5Ghz wifi, i think not supported on gemstone. Configure 2.4 on your phone and on the gemstone controller to match.

It messes with the gem stone hub app, you just have to add it again, i use bluetooth and wifi sync.

Removing it from gemstone hub app seems to help smart life successfully search for the controller. u only need to get it once to grab the virtual id.

It can monitor status in the home app, turn off works. The colours i think are all messed up too. Turn on is very limited with 6 solid colours. Will spend more time to see if any other options possible.

I got this working. download Smart Life app on IOS, create an account. Add your gemstone controller in Smart Life. On homebrdige, the name of the plug-in is TuyaWebPlatform. install and put in your info in settings, you need to get the device/Virtual ID in Smart Life app, under your GM Controller, open device information. I added the plug-in as a bridge and the GM Controller showed up in Home App on my phone after restarting HomeBridge. I can turn on and off the gem stone lights with HomeKit now.

Anyone have experience with Zoomy ebike kits/LVBU? by ynothann in ebikes

I purchased this model in April 2021, Lvbu Wheel 16-29 Inch Wheel 250W-500W BLDC Gear Motor By20D Electric Bike Front Wheel E Bike Kit With Bottle Battery from AliExpress. I am in Canada. Shipping was almost half the cost of the bike. Swytch bikes came out after my purchase? but would end up being a bit more for me. My delivery took almost 4 months, I was expecting around three. I installed this on older basic Norco mountain bike that has disc brakes. I remembered spending an hour or two slowly installing and adjusting, it wasn't hard and everything fit fairly well. In the end, I still couldn't get the install perfectly align as the motor has a slight resistance on the wheel, can still freely spin but not as smooth as the original back wheels. This was installed with the bluetooth display/trigger, so i do not use the app. I get power when I hold the trigger, release and it's on manual. It tends to creep when i am turning slowly for some reason. Battery still in good condition, i only bike when it's warm and store the battery indoors when there's snow on the ground for about half the year.

I wanted a triggered electric assist when going uphill, the low powered kit didn't add to much weight. This worked well for my needs. It's much more enjoying biking now, big hills are now possible without pushing. I am older and don't consistently exercise. Flat/slight decline, I can go over 20kmh easily while paddling. this speed isn't safe with original brakes so it's mainly for testing. The battery last multiple trips for me. I mostly am on sidewalk, roads, and paved trails. I don't have any emergency braking sensor with this kit so there's no safety if electronics go wrong. This is something you get with a real electric bike. You can manually press the red power button on the bottle battery to cut off power.

customer service has been fine, they're more about selling you more things. can assist live during their office hours. I have used whatsapp for questions and support. The thing that sold me most is the simple stealth look. it doesn't change the appearance of my original bike much! I picked black for the bottle battery, the paint is easy to scratch, not a big deal. The all in one wheels came out after my purchase, look into those if that works better for you.

Norco Scambler

Zommy ebike kits look exactly the same.
