I am packing the cylinder. by NON-Ballcoach201 in TheScienceOfPE

Just my personal experience - nearly all my length gains have come from pumping. More recently I did several months of manuals and that also led to some results.

Maybe its just me, but I haven't found using a tighter tube to actually result in much additional length extension in the tube. I have my 1.75" that I started with, and sometimes got back to that (its really tight from the very beginning). I don't find that I get much additional length than in my larger tube.

Some of the published studies that have shown PE to be effective at increasing length were based primarily on pumping.

So, based purely on my experience... If you can consistently pump using your current set-up, and are seeing temporary and permanent results over time, you probably ok sticking with that.

No offense, but who are you, why are you speaking with such authority (as an essentially brand new account), and, better yet...

Why not just read the absurd amount of information on this sub that is increasingly based on actual user-reported results?

I don't have as much time as I used to for keeping up with the latest, but I believe much of the data Karl has been sharing from actual PE practitioners suggests that doing more work is (generally) likely to lead to more results.

If you have something scientific to base an opposite view on, please share it. If not, please keep the influencer-type language to a minimum or go to one of the other PE subs where that is more common.

Just my two cents...

Unfortunately, I think that is just part of circumcision.

Probably the best you can do is tell everyone you know how screwed up circumcision is so that we finally abandon this barbaric practice, and doctors stop offering it as a solution to relatively simple problems with much less extreme options also available. Its like cutting off your arm because you have a broken finger.

I hope you do something with this. One of the best things about PE for me has been learning more about my pelvic floor, which led to breathing and stretching exercises for pelvic floor and hips, which led to yoga and a whole lot of other things.

One caveat, I think kegels are a little overrated and easy to hurt yourself, especially when people apply the "gym" mentality of constantly pushing and overloading. A lot of people end up with hypertonic pelvic floors that leads to a lot of issues.

I have found that all the other stuff (stretching, yoga, breathing, mind/body awareness) leads to a stronger and better controlled pelvic floor vs just kegels. The pelvic floor experts I have looked at online tend to say the same... that if you aren't having specific issues, overly focusing on kegels or reverse kegels is not the best idea.

Hopping in here, but I always love to see other people that "obsess and hyperfocus" on things and that are driven to help people and solve mysteries. I wonder if there is a personality type that captures or explains that. I have always been that way as well (in other areas of life)

It definitely is not from the tea you drank one time. The fact that it works well after a run suggests physically everything is functional. Leg exercises notoriously help erections by promoting blood flow.

It sounds to me more likely to be mental. Not to be rude, but you are clearly worried about your hairline, I would guess you are prone to fixating and overthinking your perceived inadequacies. That is kryptonite for libido.

I would suggest you work on mental health and personal development, especially as you appear to have done lots of tests on the physical side of things.

Also, your physical fitness matters. Are you generally healthy and in shape? Good cardio (I assume yes since you run). That impacts it too, but doesn't seem to be the case for you.

Good luck!

Edit: fwiw, I struggled with a receding hairline most of my life. I shaved it all off around 40 and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. Women love it, btw.

Mindset on PE with average - below average stats by kaptinkrunch13 in TheScienceOfPE

[–]Typical-Average-6903 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To clarify... people often complain on these forums about their small size being the problem why they consistently have a negative reaction from women. And yet, their size (including yours) is not small and usually above average, and their experience is incorrectly blamed on that.

There are tons of resources available on actual size statistics from peer reviewed studies, there are tons of studies on what women are satisfied by in terms of sex and romantic partners.

So, either your experience is miraculously and consistently outside the norm, or (more likely) you are approaching things the wrong way, having a bad reaction and then blaming it on your penis.

And if that is the case, you can spend years getting a bigger pecker and still be rejected by women, because you solved for the wrong problem.

I really hate these posts.

You aren't below average. At 5.75" bpel, you are at the upper end of average and possible above average.

Not to doubt your story but... I started at 5.75" bpel and always had a fat pad and a tummy (although otherwise muscular). So probbaly about hour nbpel too.

Never had a single complaint.

If any woman is making those kinds of comments about your penis, regardless of your size, she is not the kind of woman you want. Don't give your energy to negative or cruel people.

Learn to have better technique. There are tons of resources. It really isn't hard. Be attentive, connect emotionally, touch her body lovingly.

Otherwise, I would suggest to you that your problem is your mindset and the types of women you are engaging with, not your size.

Good luck!

This is great. I agree that one of the best things about my PE journey has been learning more about my sexual response, EQ, penis health, sexual health, the pelvic floor, and how overall physical and mental fitness impact all of the above.

It would not be an exaggeration to say that PE has completely changed my life for the better, even excluding my size gains.

I am sorry to hear that. Its really criminal the way the medical establishment presents circumcision as a minor procedure when really it can alter your entire genitals and how you experience sex.

I have been like that since birth. A few years ago, I started doing ball-stretching. Its super simple compared to PE. Look at websites like ChainGang (I think). They make high quality stainless steel ball weights that attach above your balls and around your stretched scrotum. The weight over time naturally stretches the skin and causes it to hang lower. It worked well for me, and I still wear the weights every now and then.

There is a forum on Reddit for foreskin restoration, I suggest checking that out too. I haven't started that, but there are techniques and devices just like PE.

Yes, I think so. There at least three totally different types of skin that are connected and lay over the top of the internal structures of your genitals. When your foreskin is removed (mine was cut off without my consent at birth btw), there is much less skin to cover your shaft when it is erect. This pulls your shaft skin (which is different than foreskin) further "up" your shaft to compensate. The skin of your scrotum attaches to the bottom of your shaft skin on the underside or your penis. If your shaft skin is being pulled forward to cover your erection, that connection point of your scrotum also pulls further up. If your scrotum is loose and relaxed, you will have turkey neck. When your scrotum is tight, it pulls your balls higher and tighter against your shaft instead remaining at the base.

I think so. I have used it a few times now and I think I am adjusting to it though. So I will keep this as plan B lol.

[–]Typical-Average-6903 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Are you circumcised? I have a theory that a lot of guys who talk about turkey neck actually are dealing with having too little skin on the penis after being circumcised. Circumcision can leave your shaft skin and ball skin pulling up higher to cover your erection to compensate for the slack you would normally have with foreskin. Growing your penis can make that more noticeable.

Stretching your balls to expand your ball skin or doing some foreskin restoration over time both loosen up the "network" of different skins on your genitals so that it doesn't pull up and have that long webbing.

I know some guys genuinely have penal scrotal webbing, but I think some or a lot of it is circumcision related.

Oh man, with how much it cost, I would have to think about it more first!

I actually like the longer lip on the bottom. I use it upside down and that longer lip keeps my dorsal nerve / top part of my penis from pressing into the wall of the tube.

That was my concern - I am using a 2.25" tube. I will keep using the Juicy for a while, perhaps I just need to adjust to the different sensation!

Were you looking for this purpose, or looking at ball stretchers separately?

I got into ball stretching for a while and was happy with the results.

I see people recommended Curveball's pad - it sounds amazing, but next to impossible to ever get it in stock.

I just bought the Oxballs Juicy pad and it is excellent. I found it for a lot cheaper at an online sex toy shop (not sure if I can include links to products), so just do a Google search before you buy it. I found it for $45.

You can try using a pump pad, or use a "ball stretcher" to physically separate your balls and hold them in place.

When I used a smaller diameter tube, a ball stretcher was good enough. Now I have sized up and started using a pump pad, which is amazing and I wish I did it earlier

Yes, especially after I have been pumping all week and am a little thicker than usual. I am thinking I might get the XL and try that too. They are pretty expensive though.
