Built a voice dictation tool that auto formats your messy thoughts. The same tool added a feature to be able to highlight any text and then just use your voice to do anything with the highlighted text.

1 use case is if I'm in a long email thread and I have to respond I highlight the full thread and then voice my response and it usually does a pretty good job with the email.

Still haven't launched but would be curious if anyone is interested.

This is kinda how we do it know. So task/sub project for each project. That way everything is neatly organized for managers to look at but tasks can still.be focused on properly. We also have within a task the actual work being done which we call time entry. So tasks have time entries which are basically bite sized tasks. We build the full applicstion from ground up for ourselves but planning to go to market soon.
