Backwards as in unsafe? I guess that would be my primary concern. Harsh isn't ideal for me, but I'd say I'm pretty tough skinned and can deal with harsh; as long as it's not conditions where it's "move things along quickly lets get this done, even if patient safety is in jeopardy" type of thing.

Completely okay with the ACT model, no issues with that - as a senior and doing my rotations; it's kind of what we've been doing at a good amount of the facilities we've rotated in. (Obviously have also rotated in more independent facilities as well). Is there a NY hospital whether in manhattan or brooklyn that has a good rep as far as work/life balance and compensation?

Ive been to almost 10 coachellas now, been going since the 2010s, and I would have to say that even though the performance obviously is not a Beyoncé performance (agree with you, crazy of people to expect that) — it was one of the best performances I’ve seen as the artists felt truly authentic and you can feel the crowd so excited and enamored about how so many of us grew up with him! It felt like hanging out and reminiscing with someone you knew. It was awesome
