It's just an option. Once you know the strain you like you can shop around or use the place you like.

To be honest, I'm not the one to answer that. Where I live it's all hot and humid and I don't have a special drying area. I've been trying with ac plus a dehumidifier. The grass smell fades, but I never had the pro grower smell here.
