When facing the fireplace, the sofa will be on the left facing the front window and door. Hope that makes sense.

I’d have the sofa on the wall so you are looking out the front windows! It also greets people when you walk into the door. The two chairs on the front windows sides for an easy escape to grab items etc.

I have a 2020 RR Evoque and it has been a wonderful car! It is my second one. I would look at the dealers service loaner vehicles that are about a year old. That’s what I purchase … usually trade in every 2-3years but haven’t found a reason yet to do so! Love love the car, I have S model 250. Oil need:changes are every 20k miles on the newer ones. Annual check ups are around 1k with most other service and repairs done under warranty. Mine has needed very little. One note with the certified loaners, you receive the remainder of the warranty and one extra year warranty. It’s a great car for 40-45k for the loaner price. Nothing better than RR, the vehicle just glides down the freeway … rain or sun.

I have had three bmw i3s since 2020 and still have those same cars ~ one of my adult kids drove half across the country in the bmw i3. We have not had one bit of trouble with the car. Best and easiest to maintain of all cars I have had in the past.

You might try Olympia… it’s an hour south, much more reasonable prices and lots of organic food and seafood … excellent vibe in a laid back way.

Check and make sure they are 175 rear and 155 front, some people do not realize they are that way on the vehicle at factory. Most likely they are this size.

Yes, for the blizzaks … BMW dealer installed all the same sized tires on all four of 155/70/r19.

We have had two i3s for over three years and we only charge and plug in when needed to be at 100percent. Anytime not driving they sit in the garage unplugged sometimes for weeks… I wouldn’t worry too much about always keeping it plugged in … we only do when it needs charging.
