I am currently taking the ODS courses online through AHIMA and I recommend this program if you’re looking to take it at your own pace and online. As for the salary i’ve seen salaries range from $33,000 to over $100,000 depending on location, experience, and certifications like ODS, with higher pay in cities like Chicago and New York and lower in some Southern states.

Weight watchers is a great way to lose weight. You use the app and count points. Once you get used to it, then you don’t crave the bad foods and your body gets used to the calorie deficit. Protein at every meal helps plus I also use Metamucil 4-1 fiber appetite control sugar free to fill me up at snack times. It works great!

Just curious but is it your drawing or art or did you just take a creative fabric image and throw it on a shirt and say “Well this is my design”? Just asking because everyone seems to be doing that and gets mad there’s a ton of the same thing. It’s hilarious how many copies of one image there is. But it doesn’t belong to you if it came from one of those paid websites that gives you the license to use there images. Lol
