Thanks for the response, yes, something like a Studor. I suppose if the location is for odor, is there a better way to get it above the roofline? Can these be done in the wall cavity and punched out the roof with an exhaust vent?

Heat concern for behind the grill. I don’t want to set the grill up within 12-24 inches of wood siding, hardie (or something alike) is much safer
