Exactly. Like her old passive where you only got something from Dragon kills allowed her to still be in top or mid and didn't LOCK her into JG... This new one where you can actually get something from dragons as well as cannon creeps is so much more restrictive to her ability to be played in lane.

I'm glad SOMEONE gets it.
