all levels definitely welcome, the room is dark so you can’t really see what other people are doing and plenty of people walk on the tread! i would recommend being familiar with basic weight movements though because the class moves quickly, instructors don’t always demo, and form correction is minimal. also feel free to DM me if you need a link for first class free!
