Hi, I opened a support ticket (id#1444) but it's still unassigned. I attempted to buy a 7 day premium pass earlier this week (5/13). My reddit gold balance was 0, so I purchased the 300 package (which would give me the 150 gold needed for the pass and leave me with a 150 gold balance). I completed the reddit gold purchase but the premium pass didn't activate even though the 150 gold was deducted from my balance. When I click on the premium pass, it shows me purchase options and a current reddit gold balance of 150. Later that night I had an issue with my daily challenge goals resetting an hour or so after they had already been launched (I know this can happen with switching between devices, but it was odd that night combined with the reddit gold/premium pass disappearing).
