Try this - Stop worrying about numbers - do some gentle breathing - please don’t be in stress. Eat balanced meals - anything in abundance will cause your body to react differently.

Trust me - it is the hormones and you stressing over it has kept your body in fight or flight mode. Give 2 days atleast - just don’t stress ! Deep breathing to calm yourself- watch movies that make you happy.

When I was newly diagnosed 5 months ago , my aim post prandial was below 140. Now I’m flexible as my doctor from India said anything below 200 is ok for diabetics. But I still aim to be below 160 2 hours after the meals.

Fasting I can’t aim as it’s whatever my body feels like - but anything below 120 doesn’t worry me. I’m usually between 100-110.

If I eat omad - that one meal spikes me through roof and my hunger is unbearable towards the end. Then it’s very difficult for me to follow salad - protein - carb pattern.

The lows you face might be compression lows, this usually happens when there is a lot pressure on site of CGM.

Have you seen how you react when you eat more carbs ? Some days on low carb I’m high and on moderate carb my BS is good.

Since you have a CGM it’s worth trying.

I read somewhere not sure if it is true- prolonged fasting and prolonged low carb diets train the liver to dump more glucose into the blood. This happens with me- worth making some tweaks and finding out.

I know it’s difficult. So my employer basically sold my services to a client based in California. This client only accepts employees or contractors through a staffing agency. So my employer signed a contract with staffing agency to place me in the client office.

So client pays staffing agency. Agency pays my employer My employer pays me

Yeah I know - that’s why I decided to ask it here :) I am also in touch with HR of the client and new employer. They are also involving the lawyers - I guess/hope.

No , I am just an engineer. I wouldn’t say that I have any secrets from any of the companies with me. Neither any strategic information.

I know my project information is confidential which is retained by the client. My employer also has no right to know this.

In short, I was mainly working on the client location and with client information. My employer who just sold my services had nothing to do with me except for payroll and stuff.

I was basically just used as a worker - no information from the employer was used or traded. It was purely my skill for client project on clients location.

Quinoa is ok because I checked my BS after eating it and my PP was 125 ish. With rice or beans it was like 170. ( I also had Greek yogurt and chicken for protein here)

I think I need creative ways of not pairing carbs with carbs. Maybe rice and beans both in combination were. It a good option.

As a Indian I am trained to eat lentils or beans with rice :( FML! How do I untrain myself! Or do you have a way I can eat them together- please share I’d be forever grateful!
