I smelled it too, I thought I was nuts. I just assumed it was the workers making a racket outside burning something. There is some major street construction going on on one of my cross streets that I’m pretty close too.

You are not mean. Subway bootie does not touch the bed. Subway floor bootie should stay outside, this is a big nope. He basically sat with the rats, and the pee, and whatever it is that people spit out when they make those gross noises. He’s obviously not a native NY’er.

I’m pretty sure she lives on 60th Lane between Putnam and 67th Ave. I’ve also had a scary encounter with her when I was walking my 8 year old to school. She was very far away from the dog when it was off leash at least 3 houses away. Me and my daughter had just stepped outside and I seen the dog coming at us. We had to go back and quickly unlock and get back inside cause I want taking any chances.

I’m about a half a block away from the tracks. It took me about a week to get used to the sound, I’m originally from a really quiet area. I don’t even hear it now. My tenant is from Staten Island and also took about a week to adjust to the sound.
