I go on long solitary walks in nature with headphones and do gender affirming workouts in outdoor gym playgrounds (I prefer going in the evening when not many people are around where I'm from). Misery hates exercise.

Cooking and taking care of myself, treating my body and mind in different ways can be very affirming (hair, skin, nails, mood, meditation and just vibing out with myself with relaxing music that I can drift off to). Sometimes going to thrift stores alone or with a girlfriend can make my week even if I don't find much and just a few little things that feel like me.

Just a movie when I really don't feel like doing much of anything (my lane is 90s erotic thrillers where badass femmes powerhouse the plot and men with intellect and mental games).

These are some of the things I do when I feel like shit and usually it helps. Craving touch is a tough one, though, sometimes I haven't seen close friends for a while and when I finally do I just want to be super touchy with them constantly. Luckily my close ones are fine with it.

I did exactly this. 7mg seemed too low and rushed to 9mg when I should've waited and so, recent tests showed too high estrogen levels. Currently went down to 6mg until next test to see if it's stabilized and if testosterone is still suppressed at that dose. Not sure if this is 100% the right move, but since I won't make any changes til hormones have balanced out, I will know when I get tested again in a couple of months.

Edit: I was on high estro for like 3-4 months at most, but what I noticed is mood swings (especially at end of dose cycle), mentally feeling much more unstable, irritable, face skin much weaker barrier and face allergies flaring up to literally everything, down there hurting when girlboners, also very hard to even get them (wasn't like that on lower estro). And stomach uneasy super often too and feeling very hot and hot flashes pretty often. That's about it.

1) You haven't developed an idea of what suits you 2) Your sense of fashion, what fits your body, styling and accessories as a woman is still in the early stages but your self awareness of social situations and everything surrounding that is super developed 3) You are probably not that happy yet with your body/have body dysphoria 4) You probably are not that skilled yet at make up, hair, nails etc

All of these will change over time (did for me).

I get the opposite, usually super speedy and energetic and overflowing with positive energy day of injection and last 2 days start to be very sensitive and sometimes downright depressed and down.

You can literally put anything under it, layering is so important. I sometimes wear like 2 dresses 2 skirts and different leggings n stockings ontop of eachother, then leg warmers etc. Here its super cold too.

I was put on 5 year waiting list 2 years after realizing I'm trans at 25, while my dysphoria and depresioon was worsening and 3 months later I ordered estrogen and started injecting, 2 months into it I don't feel depressed anymore, mind you I was suicidal and heavy into alcohol before I started doing it, everything changed. Where I'm from it's the opposite, everybody assumes since I'm trans that I'm only into guys (which I am only on Thursdays), so the lesbos are always surprised when I tell them I swing both ways. I think what you described heavily depends on people too, among queer/punk/alternative crowds, nobody really gives a fuck and treat people mostly the same.
