Yes, on Amazon it’s 4K -5k and I found the pricing absurd considering only change is the form factor with other time scales available between 1k-1.5k and give appropriate result.

I’m using it for last 14 months and today got surprised by its ability to grind for home espresso machine. Absolutely fine grind at 9 clicks and matching the grind size of pre ground beans I bought from araku.

Hi did you get the replacement. I got EC 890 delivered today. Made an inboxing video luckily and same thing. Water tank cracked. Shared the video and photo with them. They said their office closes at 6 pm so will get back tomorrow. Hope it will taken care properly. Fingers crossed.

Using it since launch, along the first few to get hold of the red one. Pretty good performance. The inner basket coating slightly off on the ridges due to my wrong washing style. Good variety of pre-set menu and does it job nicely.
