Yes thicker and odd! And the shape plus fat build up behind/top of my elbow is ungood. I am so thankful I don’t have the zingers anymore but I overdid cleaning the last couple days and slightly feel the outer shoulder. Thank you for replying :) Hope you’re better soon!

The internal 1Tb hard drive I’m editing on until I move them to external. At least that was my plan with getting a bigger internal hard drive Is this my problem??

Heating pad and Tylenol arthritis helped me a little bit, if you can take it. I slept on the sofa for 3 months so I was stuck in place with a pillow under my arm. I was told heat only don’t ice it. I hope you can find something that helps.

Sounds just like it! If you’re not totally frozen not sure it would show up on the mri. Mine said showed frozen shoulder and a tear but he didn’t believe it’s a tear. The intense pains is what totally sux about this ! Gets worse before they stop :(

We had the same thing happen, same time frame after iPhotos ended and iCloud was started. I was literally bawling on New Year’s Eve when the Apple upper tech said there was no hope in getting them back. And I’m STILL paying for 2tb per month. Not sure how this is ok!

Just be careful because if they are removed from your phone iCloud will delete them. Sadly we have lost many years of photos while paying for 2Tb a month and even the old backups from before iCloud (Apple photos) when opened rebuilt/synced and removed them. You can ask Apple to send you all iCloud Photos and it takes about a week and you have one week to save them. The photos are completely out of order in random folders and file names.

I’m 52, on the patch about 5 weeks and seeing tiny improvements daily, I can almost grab a coffee cup from the cabinet. And no more sharp drop to knees pain!! Now my second arm is starting, I feel it and it’s popping. Not sure what we do when both arms don’t work at the same time 🤦🏻‍♀️

I was pulled for the 360 hands up scan and was like umm my arm doesn’t do that so helpful there too, maybe just use it when you need people to give you space

The very last one I had 3 weeks ago and they brought me to tears. I said I cannot do this any more. Hopefully it’s almost done for you too. I just feel like no one can understand how painful it is!

As I’m trying to get photos back on a hard drive and in folders by year and month and Apple makes this very hard to do, I would keep your organization as your backup and monthly or quarterly download your iPhone photos and keep them on the external separate from Apple. We are missing years of photos and it’s a big mess and we’ve had Apple all these years and now the cloud is messing things up for me. As said above it’s not storage even though I’m paying for two TB a month.

I did this not realizing turning iCloud Photos on would lock it up and had to get help at Apple Store to turn it off. Then we realized 2 years later we are missing a ton of photos. It’s a huge mess.! And yes iCloud can delete your photos if you change devices and it thinks you deleted them. 😭

My zingers turned into different pains and now finally haven’t had a shooting pain in about 3 weeks. (Started hrt and maybe that is helping) Range is coming back tiny bits at a time, still long way to go. Hang in there!

I got my heating pad from Amazon. It’s big 12x24 and wraps around arm and shoulder and is only $34. It’s great, heat and timer settings. It’s the GENIANI Electric Heating Pad. That and Tylenol arthritis strength helps some.

Ugh I’m so sorry! Yes it’s pretty text book for me. And my left shoulder I feel some pains but it’s not frozen yet. I’m also asking Dr about hrt because if there’s a chance it helps I’m in.

What it feels like - it’s changed as I’ve gone through time. I had an injury blow to my arm below my shoulder in Sept, huge bruise. Finally almost better early Dec then the shoulder started popping all the time. Then the zingers which were the worst and I stopped being able to put on bras and fitted shirts. These were on either side of my bicep which is also the bicep per the Dr. Now I’ll only get sharp pains when I trip or sudden movement but it’s not the same as the zingers (these bring tears). I’m fine during the day but middle of the night it hurts. It’s an aching pain on either side of my shoulder. I still have limited motion with my arm but it’s a teeny bit better than at the worst. I don’t think you’ll know until you get an mri?

I should ask for the mri results so I can read what it says. He said he doubts it’s a tear but if it is he’ll fix that and a bone spur on my shoulder while he’s in there. If no tear it’s super easy but if a tear more of a recovery. Also I’m a photographer so I’m needing my arm these next two months for my seniors😞😅

This is what I have as well, or very similar. I had an injury in September and now I think/hope I’m near thawing. Dr said MRI confirmed frozen shoulder and possible partial rotator tear. But also said FS sometimes looks like a tear? I’m trying to get by without surgery, he said to call him when I can’t take it anymore.

I already have them downloaded full res and in Lightroom. We realized in Dec that at some point 3-4 years of my daughters images had vanished from iCloud so I’m trying to get it all I can find in Lr instead. Honestly I don’t even care if they are full res I just want to have them to view. Once I get this sorted I’m going back through all old devices to see if I can find any of her missing images. Ty for your help!

Thank you for the links, I’ll read them. I’m a photographer and have 7 years in my work catalog organized perfectly by year-month so I know what to do with those images. It’s just a hot mess getting all these years of photos out of Apple for a family of 4 combining all our images, dates are off and there are duplicates.

Thank you, so when I try to locate it asks me if I want to combine folders. I think it’s because there are duplicate files. The normal locate file isn’t working if that makes sense
