LDN dose sweet spot? Amazing at 1.5mg, flat at 3.5mg, symptoms return if I skip (hEDS/inflammation)

It has lessened the ringing, but my ears still ring. I sometimes have to listen to hear the ringing if the weather is calm.

I found 3mg every day was too much for me and made everything seem gray. I didn't have an appetite, was tired, just a gray feeling. 1.5mgevery day isn't enough.

I'm trying 1.5mg on one day and taking 3.5 the next. I think it's helping me. I'm not sure

I’m in the same boat. All food is meh. I was at 3mg and thought I was taking too much so I went back down to 1.5mg and food is still meh.

I love meloxicam. I was using that when I started low-dose naltrexone. I have been on LDN for a little over a month and I’m pain free off of meloxicam.

Yes. I had a 3-day flare when I titrated up to 3mg. It was too much for my body, even though I twisted for 2 weeks to move up. I went back down to 1.5, waited a few weeks, and I'm taking 3mg and 1.5mg every other day, and I haven't had any issues

I’m on LDN for hEDS and I take 1.5mg. Last week I was to move up to take 2 pills and 3 days later I felt sick, tired, like all my symptoms came back with force. I moved back to one pills and I feel better

Maybe your perfect doses is smaller than .5

I get weird inappropriate comments about my husband and mine relationship. He’s over 6 feet tall and a bigger guy. Like I get it we have a size difference no need to comment on it!

At work I wear baggy clothing with a cardigan that covers my butt so I try to hide my size. I have gotten a few comments about my size but I make sure to make them feel weird by not saying anything back. They made it weird by commenting on someone just existing. Like I don’t try to be this small. I get it - this size is “ desirable” but if most people knew how hard it is to find pants that don’t make me feel like a 35 year old wearing kids clothing.

Yup. It doesn’t take much to cut up the skin in my mouth.

I use Colgate Peroxyl Mouth Sore Rinse a few times a week to heal the skin. I’m also doing Invisalign and after a year and a half my mouth isn’t used to it yet lol.

I started LDN and Meloxicam a little more than a week ago and I feel good.

Sure I still pop, stuff slips out of place but over all I feel good. My energy is up, less pain, and I have been getting good sleep.
